What is Reiki 1 class?
This class is taught in 4 three hour sessions. Students learn the history of Reiki and the basic hand positions for on each other. They are taught this and ways of using Reiki in their own lives and to help the caring supervision of the Reiki Master. Vital to the processes are the four attunements which take place over the two days of the course. The only prerequisites for learning the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Reiki are; openness, desire to learn and commitment to use Reiki in one’s life.
